PotteryMind: This year I will be focusing on creativity and how hobbies can encourage wellness back into my life. I’m learning that pottery is the bedrock to my wellbeing. In 2020, I started taking pottery classes and attending workshops trying to learn as much as I can about the world of pottery. I love pottery because there is always something new to learn, including different techniques, styles and decoration. Besides pottery and reading wellness articles, I enjoy watching British crime series, taking my dog to the beach and trying new foods. I live on the lands of the Kaurna people in Adelaide.
